These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Deva Naturals’s website, located at www.merucrystals.com. Below are the terms and conditions of sale and your rights when placing an order with us.
By accessing this website and ordering a product we assume you agree to these terms and conditions. You will be required to give your consent to the use of your personal details during the checking out process. This is a legal requirement and we cannot process your order without this consent.
Payment Options
We accept all major debit and credit card payments which are processed via a secure server powered by Stripe or Paypal. We also accept payments by Paypal accounts and bank transfer. You will have the option of how to pay during checkout and be guided through the process.
You do not have to be a Paypal account holder to make debit or credit card payments.
We accept orders worldwide.
Credit Card Security
Entry of credit/debit card numbers is made on the Stripe or Paypal servers and not on merupyramid server. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our website at any time. Paypal and Stripe use high security measures to protect credit/debit card details and have excellent reputations. Please see our privacy policy.
Delivery Charges
All prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping charges are not included in the products published price and will be added to your invoice on completion of you order. The delivery cost is clearly shown when you view the shopping cart as is the country to which your order will be shipped.
Customs Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, additional fees or taxes required for international orders in their own country. Please make your own inquiries with the relevant customs authorities about any duties, fees or taxes that may be incurred.
Dispatch and Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days upon receipt of cleared payment from Monday to Friday except on national holidays in Poland. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account.
If for any reason there is any delay we will inform you as soon as we possibly can.
All items shown on this website are “in stock” unless otherwise indicated by an “Out of Stock” displayed alongside the product description.
The customer has the option of choosing Courier or Mail for most but not all destinations worldwide. Courier is usually the quicker and safer method of shipping, although we have extremely good delivery history with worldwide mail services.
Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic there may be longer than expected delivery times as services may be disrupted. The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Confirmation of Order
On checking out you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase together with information regarding payment and delivery. If for any reason you do not receive this e-mail within 12 hours then please get in touch with us.
Damaged Goods
Goods damaged or proved faulty in transit will be replaced wherever possible or alternatively a full refund will be made. Please notify us immediately of any such occurrence.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order starting immediately and ending fourteen days from the day the goods were received. If you do decide to cancel you should notify us of your intention by e-mail. The goods must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging and at your own expense. We will make a full refund to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Returns and Refunds
In addition to your statutory rights within Poland, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Provided the goods are returned unused, in their original condition, carefully packaged and returned at your own expense, a full refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. In the interests of hygiene we cannot issue refunds for any jewellery if it has been worn.
This “returns and refunds” policy in no way affects your consumer statutory rights.
Complaints

Measurements and Weights
All measurements and weights given on this website are given as accurately as possible. However, with irregular shaped products like certain crystals, these may sometimes be approximate. We do try to describe our products as accurately as we can.
Our Right to Cancel
Although extremely unlikely, Deva Naturals reserve the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of placement. Notification will be given by e-mail as soon as possible and a full refund (including shipping) will be issued and your personal information deleted.
Website Pictures and Product Descriptions
All pictures and product descriptions held on www.merucrystals.com are the sole property of Deva Naturals and may not be used or copied without written permission from Deva Naturals. We have the right to change, alter or remove any details or items as is necessary or as we feel is appropriate.
Liability
Disputes, Law, Jurisdiction and Language
Deva Naturals is based in Poland and is governed by Polish law, or European law where applicable. Any dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Polish law whereupon the Polish courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.
Liability of Deva Naturals shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Deva Naturals cannot accept liability for injury, allergy or negative consequences of using the products it sells.
This website, www.merucrystals.com, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website (ie your purchase and our delivery) are governed by and construed in accordance with Polish Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. All contracts are concluded in English.

We only collect sufficient information from you so that we can process your order. Please see our privacy policy for further details. We do not require you to enter your telephone number but you may wish to add that information to avoid delivery delays by a courier, and so that we can contact you in the event of any e-mail failure.
